It's inevitable, you will be forced to study.
Before long, you will be taking a quiz/test in AP. Trust me when I say that it is important to study each night. Mr. Brock writes his own test questions that are tricky. The following list describes some helpful studying methods that were useful for me.
-As you are studying, make up your own list of questions that could possibly be asked.
-ALWAYS use a highlighter
-On your study guide, use a pencil to mark the things you do not understand and on the next day ask Mr. Brock to cover them. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS. Don't be ashamed if you are confused because chances are that your peers are right there with you.
-Star the things you have memorized so when you are going back for the second time you can skip them. Don't waste time studying something you already know.
-Don't fall asleep studying, make sure your studying is done at least thirty minutes before going to bed. This will give your brain time to process the information and store it safely. :)
Once it comes down to a month before the AP exam I was glued to my laptop watching GetaFive videos. For you ladies that spend about 20 minutes doing your hair in the morning, it is an excellent idea to play the videos and just listen as you fix your hair before school. I relied solely on this method for two straight weeks before my exam and it helped me so much. Getafive is also available on mobile phones! I used my phone and put my headphones in listening to those videos while I cleaned house. Multitasking my people, it's awesome.
