DUN DUN DUNNNN
The exam will arrive before you know it, and you might not feel a bit prepared, but I can assure you that you are. All the hard work that you are going to put in will show on your test. Mr. Brock will force you to write multiple essays only to prepare you for the day you take the AP World History exam. You will have the advantage compared to other schools that did not have the amount of practice that you did. Mr. Brock also allows you the opportunity to take a practice test to see where you stand. With all this I am not saying that the exam is easy. It's demanding, it's stressful. However, there are ways to cope with your troubles. These methods allowed me to feel at ease during the test.
-No matter what, give it your best shot. You have a couple of hours to bust your butt and fight for every question. Never give up!
-It is okay to guess, please do not leave a bubble blank. You have a twenty-five percent chance of getting it right and they don't count off for wrong choices
-Wear comfy clothes. Dude, wear pajamas if that's what you feel comfortable in. I recommend sweatpants and your favorite t-shirt.
-Of course get plenty of sleep the night before
-Stretch when you wake up and get your joints moving. You will be sitting in one position for a few hours; when you get a break, be sure to stretch and move around a little.
-Eat a good breakfast :)
-In your essays, pull every bit of outside information you can, but make sure it's logical. You can draw connections like political standpoints and women's roles in the essays, this can make you seem even smarter! So why not?
